They did it some months ago when Hillary Clinton was cleared of gross misconduct after mishandling & leaking classified, confidential & top secret matetials. Why, because Obama wants her to be president. The same type of case that sent Gen. Petraeus, a former CIA Director, to two years in jail & a $100,000 fine.
