Your claim stated whites and missed the Indians completely. Most of Prime land is actually owned by the Kikuyu Mafia, not the whites. Though there are some whites with land and do farming. Natural resourses attract tourists here and I guess the government owns thar. National Parks, Rift Valley, Mt Kenya etc are owned and run by the government not whites
