is a very simple judgement. it goes like this
if a man suppose to marry woman by 12pm and he die 7am same day of his wedding, can the woman share in the man properties?

this is the parable of kogi state judgement today
from the wealth they both acquired. yes d woman should get her share of the properties.

The lawyers knew Faleke was going to loose because all deputy governors are just "gbewu dani" they have no major roles in governance that is why the wives of the incumbents are more recognised than the so called deputies.
