they asked for your location so that they can fix your Ac in a location close to your presumed place of residence, Ogun I think is very close to Lagos hence their decision to schedule your AC in lagos.

Can sum1 describe very Precisely how to get to Beni Gold Hotels, from Berger or Ojota... Coming from MOWE.

Also, any Idea if we can actually start by 7.30am and how long the excercise is likely to last Cos i'm planning to go to UNILAG afterwards for smth that might take 3hrs and still Return to MOWE that same day

I will not be able to help you with the direction to the venue but with regards to the time, I'll advice you to be punctual. They start on time from my experience. The AC is likely to last anywhere between 3-6hours depending on how many people are taking part in it. If there will be up to 30 people as was the case in the earlier ones, then the duration will probably be closer to six hours. When I did mine, it lasted for five hours plus.
