Today he has lost control of army and police but he's still utilising militants and cultists in the state 100%, he's also involved in massive bribery of INEC and threatening their lives if they don't deliver to his instructions. THat is the sort of desperate lawlessness from Wike which you conveniently seem to ignore even as you heap the entire blame on Amaechi alone.
