Anyway, I will give you an answer. NNPC is an agency under the purview of the Ministry of Petroleum; when Buhari was nominating his ministers and sending names to the National Assembly, he never sent a name for a nominee for the Ministry of Petroluem.

The reason - as stated by the Presidency - was that President Buhari would oversee that ministry personally; invariably making himself the Minister of Petroluem. Kaichukwu was nominated as Minister of State for Petroluem.........

So if they say money is Missing from an agency that is under the Purview of Ministry of Petroluem : isn't it the Minister that we will hold accountable??

Fayose was even daring aisha to visit USA. The innocent lady had visited USA after the report and not even an ordinary fly pinched her while she was away in the USA and the whole story died down. America at some point cleared her and everybody kept mum. I came back here to deride those gullible youths who were too lazy to make findings. If Sahara reporters could lie, what makes premium times an exception? Under Jonathan, there were IMF and world bank reports on crude sales in Nigeria by the nnpc. Why not wait until we hear from the horse's mouth before you start jubilating?

It's laughable how those who were calling Sanusi names for complaining about NNPC withholding money are now holding this up as evidence of corruption.

even if you clear out the entire executive an senior cadres of most of our parastatals, the nest set of guys are more of the same; simply salivating for their own turn to chop

a guy enters a company as a fresher and sees the oga at the top living large, eating right left and centre. the oga at the top is the role model for the entry level guys. and the oga at the top has set the legacy that those who come after him will follow up with. when that fresher starts rising, he will do his own chopping. unless he gets out of line, nothing will happen.

i was working on a project where one had to engage some govt officials so we could progress. there was a tsunami in the dept, heads rolled for gross incompetence etal; and we had to do the whole engagement process again for the new heads.

i am sad because i dont know how buhari can change the ingrained corruption in the average nigerian in less than three years.
