Every citizen with 1 billion naira and above must have a labour force of nothing less than 500 workers. 2 billion naira 1000 workers, 3 billion naira 1500 workers e.t.c. with a minimum wage of about 50k and prospects of rising with time. Ispo-facto unemployment will be curbed. This will go a long way to curb political looting and will create a huge line between being rich and wealthy. As billionaires Will then be forced to invest or reduce in finance. Am not an expert economist but i believe People will rather remain comfortable or wealthy with productive ideas 2 Likes |

Believe me or not, the country is far gone. It only needs palliative treatments just like a patient with stage iv cancer that has metastasized to other organs and tissues like the brain, lungs, liver, bones... What else do you wanna do? Palliative care. The very bitter but glaring truth. 3 Likes |

The only way Nigeria can be great is through Unity. We have to understand that People in government are not gods, we are stronger (together) than they are. They fear us more than we actually fear them. Until every Nigerian sets aside tribalism and religion and stands up for a better Nigeria, we would remain the way we are or worse. 3 Likes 1 Share |

This is very simple. Just catch all the past leaders who have stole from the country. Put them all in a 40' container and burn them to hell. The dead ones will not be left out. Their corpse will be exhumed and burnt. 1 Like |

Nigeria can be great using this system. I wish to write a book about this system, but this is just a summary of what it entails. 1. Build a Digital Tribe: In this tribe - Religion, ethnicity, political affiliation, personal interest doesn't count, What counts is the tribe first, that means personal greed and corrupt practices is not welcome. How does the tribe checkmate this, every member is digitally hooked to a database with full biometric capture, An algorithm will be sent out and programmers can build a checking application for members, if a member defaults in anyway anybody with the app rate the member whose status will go from green to amber and then red if not rectified by facing a panel. Imagine you submit your CV or submitted a project, or just met with someone and then he looks up your name in the app and it shows, "accused-attempted bribing a police officer" or any other vice. Nothing checkmates crime like a digital database. Your life is like a book before the world. Yes even the president can be rated if he's a member of the tribe. 2. Trust and Support Each Other: In a digital tribe, you don't beg or coerce people for trust and support, people earn it, if you do business with someone and he falls short of expectation, you can under-rate him in the centralized "tribe app" and everbody can see his rating until he faces a panel where he can be defend himself and be penalized if culpable, maybe suspended. As for support, the goal of the tribe is "one for all, all for one". With this, tribe members can call a for help with a press of a button on the tab. e.g. A tribe member is illegally arrested, with just a button, all members of the tribe will be alerted to what's happening and the tribe legal consul will swing into action immediately, this way tribesmen can do the right thing without fear, uphold justice and if police sees their emblem on a car, they will even behave, cos they won't tolerate nonsense 3. Form and Economic Hub: Imagine there are 1 million members in this tribe, that means if they want to crowdfund for a project, N1000 from each tribesman will raise 1 Billion naira, This can be done weekly to fund project whose proceed will be digitally shared on each members wallet on the central database based on each members contribution to the initial project. So if the tribe for instance wants to build the biggest fish pond in Bayelsa, in one week they can raise 1 - 2 Billion, get volunteers (paid) from the tribe and set about that, once the project starts yielding profit, the profit will be shared across all participating members of the tribe. Each Local Government Area in Nigeria can be accessed for the best possible venture that can flourish and tribesmen can contribute to establishing business projects there. Imagine each week, 1 Billion naira invested in 1 local government. 4. Tribe in Politics: Just like business, the tribe will influence politics, sponsor representatives with correct motives for prosperity and good governance, form a pressure group that can probe and hold the government accountable for spending and ensure accountability in governance since the tribe pays tax. 5. Social Responsibility: The tribe will be a massive force of social awaking, prompting and exerting pressure for trust and eradication of corruption respectively, and will also play a part in host communities and the tribes encompasses all. Since the tribe is void of religious, political or ethnic affiliation, members are spread across the country, infiltrating all walls of divide and upholding the sanctity of humanity. "We are humans first before tribe, religion or political parties, so these things can't divide us". Let me stop here, but this is not even up to the excerpt of what I picture the tribe that will lead the silent revolution in Nigeria to be. I believe if I can think it, it's possible to achieve it, that's the hope I have in Nigeria, this tribe can be started by two people who sincerely believe in it, I believe and am working on it, if you do, you can team up with me. Life doesn't make sense if you can't leave here better than you met it. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Divide present Nigeria into as many countries that may emerge. The remaining groups that may answer Nigeria may be great again. Present Nigeria has three major ethnic groups of divergent cultures, religions and traditions. Any body hoping that one day these groups shall make Nigeria work is hallucinating and telling him/herself lies. 2 Likes |

Encourage local production and stimulate economic growth by investing in the economy. Explore other sources of revenue like tourism,etc...... Ban importation on certain goods.... Government should patronise Made In Nigeria goods as part of their procurement. Government should stop signing deals with foreign companies, instead, send people for training to acquire the skills then return here for implementation. Review and totally change the current Education curriculum at all levels.... (what we learn in school sucks) Have a Unit or something that mans our cyber space, Like China. The people have to purge themselves of tribal bigotry, bribery and uncleanliness.... ...... 2 Likes |
