President Jonathan did not release any official statement to that effect neither did his office. He did not confirm the rumour of an invite to DC either. Yet, Garba Shehu whose primary job description is to confirm, lie or deny as spokesman of his boss doesn't understand the importance of such action or the lack of it, which is why he fooled himself with that petty, immature, ignorant tweet.
