Yea Sugar causes pain and too much of sugar is bad. As a matter of fact, the number of sugar we need per day, is lesser than what a can of soda drink gives the body, and some people will even take 3 bottles of coke at once. It's not until one eats raw sugar. Most processed foods have an amazing amount of sugar in them.
