They all kept shouting soft copy , do they know the hours he and his committee members but have committed in taking notes on budget screening and hearing, putting the notes together and getting to where ever level they are now? then some moronic black uniformed fool came in and went away with such notes? where do they start from? was the budget it self presented in soft copy in the first place? do you see laptops/computers on the floor when having budget screening sessions? so definitely there notes are taking in black and white and that's what police just stole? there can never be soft copy nor any back-up for such.
