They are a world power alongside they others... Remember there's Sart strategic arm reduction treaty... It didn't say destroy all.... (Reduce)... They have been careful in managing that... DPR I see as lacking the psychology and capacity of maintaining a nuclear weaponry.... It can easily be hijacked.... My thinking though.
