Hmm, I see your point but if we are being practical here, who for instance will create a website with the names of councilors per local govt area? Certainly, a random person off the street cannot do that because he wouldn't have the info for most of the other areas. Some things have to start from whoever is in the leadership position.

If it was an emergency, then these numbers should have been used.
