What is the difference between the two states then? Aregbesola government is owing the workers 12 months salaries (24 half-months). The guy is a scammer as he can deny them later in future. Your quoted state is still better.

Oh... i thought he he became the Governor yesterday, No wonder our politicians lie to us because they know we hate the truth, So what should have Aregbesola do? turn himself into money?
