What is the length or size of the two bridges that collapsed? How many more does he anticipate will collapse that a whooping 20 billion is termed miscellaneous and not to specific projects?

Very funny thieves at every corner. They budgeted 15billion in 2016 for 2nd Niger bridge but released nothing yet have the gut to disturb our ears here as if they cared. The little left in 2017 may also not be released.
