luvinhubby: Lolz... I know virement. Virement is a long process cos it has to also be approved by the NASS in addition to the injury done to what the money was initially budgeted for. |

luvinhubby: CharlotteFlair: CharlotteFlair: Ok, lets get this straight. 1. 2nd NB is basically what Nigerian politicians dangle in your face for at every election for your votes and for obvious tribal and sentimental reasons including lack of political awareness, strategic thinking and credible leadership from your villages from governors to federal representatives, you fall for the same 2nd NB games. 2. So, after 30 tears of failed NB promises and 16 years of mumu PDP followership and GEJ's incompetence and insincerity, you still don't have a common village bridge that even your own local governors can collectively build on their own just like many other state governors have done on their own with their own money. 3. Just to secure your votes, GEJ promised to go into exile if he did not build and commission that bridge by the end of his term, but guess what, he did not and he's still not in exile. So, who is the mumu.? 4. The same PDP and GEJ you follow around like mumu accumulated the largest amount of federal revenue in th history of Nigeria, but they still refused to build your little and common village bridge even after fake and disingenuous project kickoff. 5. You said they gave some money to JB, but please tell us why after 16 years of PDP and Jona your village hero, they didn't just completely fund the project considering the fact that Jona's government presided over the largest earnings in the history of Nigeria with oil selling for over $100 per barrel. Why just measly and poor N15 billion for ordinary piling? Can you please tell us why they did not fund the construction completely when the funds was there to do so in the 1st place? Why just N15 billion for piling? 6. I still don't get your upside down and backward understanding of what is going on today with the same bridge. The present administration is determined to build the bridge, they proposed snd defended the budget before the lawmakers, but the same lawmakers after the fact decided to slash the funds forthe bridge and my question now is, why are you so happy and against the minister for the lawmakers actions because if building the bridge is very important to you, you should be against such move by anybody or entity to remove funds or further delays when it comes to that bridge regardless the reasons. 7. You are happy and against the minister, because they lawmakers took away funds for the same bridge you are crying over. So, please tell us how the lawmaker's actions helped you, helped your community and the construction of that bridge. See, you don't care if that bridge really gets built or not, your only concern and happiness here is the fact that you get to let us know how much you hate Fashola based on your own usual hatred, bitterness, and bigotry. 8. I'd still love to know what you love so much about some lawmakers taking away the funds for your bridge just to increase their own salary, budget and deliver projects in their own northern communities instead of yours. Again, your main concern here is not that bridge getting built and you don't care even if the lawmakers slashed every kobo from that project and even cancel it completely, all you care about is Fashola and the need to let us know how much you hate him even if you don't get that bridge after 30 years of begging and pleading for the bridge. This is what get when hatred and bitterness, sentiments and emotions are your primary goal and preoccupation, you don't progress and develop, you just don't care if you eat, breath or leave anything meaningful for your future generations all as long as you get to hate today. 9. If they like, they can slash the budget to zero kobo or frustrate the construction for another 30 years, the only loser here is you, not the lawmakers or Fashola, you are the usual loser. Hate Fashola all you like. Fashola's competence and ability to get things done is legendary in Nigeria and is not even subject to any kind of debate because he remains the most accomplished state governor in the history of Nigeria. 10. Fashola built the best and most sophisticated bridge in Nigeria today in less than 3 years while your own useless, worthless and incompetent governors even collectively can not build a common village bridge. Your bitterness and hatred shoujld be directed at your own useless and incompetent village leaders, not Fashola. .. While you losers sit around hating, spewing bitterness and bigotry, while the PDP and Jona was scheming you and deceiving you with your village bridge for 16 years, Fashola built the best bridge in Nigeria in less than 3 years for just N29 billion. The bridge is still here, shinning and glitering day and night. The joke is on you, not on Fashola. |
Re: 2017 Budget: Reps Ask Fashola To Explain N20bn Miscellaneous Expenses by deomelo: 3:28pm On Jul 01, 2017 |
luvinhubby: Yes, Fashola is a crook, yet he delivered more for his state as their governor than all your own useless governors with zero meaningful accomplishments you can show us even though they collect taxes and allocations on your behalf. Fashola is a crook, but he built the best bridge in Nigeria in less than 3 years while your own leaders who are not crooks can not even collectively build a common village bridge even after begging and crying for 30 years. So, who is the crook? The only rubbish guiding your flawed thinking and sentiments is hate and bitterness, not realities. |

luvinhubby: So, if the rickety onistha bridge in your village kpafuka today for any natural reason or occurrence, what should the government or Fashola the mnister of Works do? Do nothing or mobilize contractors for immediate repairs and construction or go to the useless lawmakers and beg them for funds while you and your people suffer socially and economically. Such funds are reserved for unforeseen and emergency situations. Definition of 'Contingency Fund' On the issue of the N20 billion provision in the Ministry’s Budget which the spokesperson alleged that the minister failed to give details of, Mr. Fashola said the spokesperson is hiding behind a finger. Den don take ignorance, hatred, bitterness and bigotry swear for you people... |
