Yoruba Muslims cannot claim to be true Muslims and be fighting Hausa-Fulani; impossible even Saudi Arabia will call them to order. The fact is most Yoruba christians know what's happening, wish there was a way out. If you look at all Yoruba critics of Buhari, they are all Christians. Why are there no known Yoruba figures of Muslim extraction criticizing Buhari? That's the problem there. If there was a war between Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani, don't expect Yoruba Muslims to fight Hausa-Fulani for the survival of Yoruba. The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, on Monday in Ibadan backed calls for Nigeria’s restructuring, stressing that the present arrangement would not allow states in Nigeria to develop at their own pace.
