The reality is that restricted admission, wait until application deadline, and then start to decide on the mark to use in awarding study place, which mostly fall around August, and we know the situation of things in Nigeria where we have huge number of applicant and state for visa appointment is limited. My own idea is always apply to one that is not restricted early and still apply to restricted, so u can use the unrestricted to book while waiting for restricted.

As it stands now it will be very difficult to get appointment date by August, not impossible though
If as at June 14 people are getting September 5, Imagine August

Mine took 3-4 weeks.The thing is once you pay don’t wait for them to update it for you.Mail them the transaction details so that they’ll start processing immediately

The Already confirmed the payment since ..but I just sent smthe apppication form to them...this is not my Frst time of applying tho...I applied the Frst time and they sent the vpd ..but am applying again ...I want to ask if the second one will take as long as the Frst one

1. Admission letter

it wrong for us to assume restricted course always wait for application to end before they give out admission.
I have examples and I will state it here msc nanoscience and nanotechnology of the university of siegen is restricted but still someone here got admission before application deadline which made me thought I will also get but for where na rejection follow

University of Bremen, msc materials chemistry and mineralogy is a non restricted course but they waited for deadline before they even start issuing out admission which even made me afraid because they waited for deadline.I sent mail to them and they told me its not restricted that once you meet the requirement u will be admitted. I am not sure there's anyone that applied and was not admitted. So admission rules na school dey decide what to do its not based on restriction or not

I'm currently in Studienkolleg, you can't get admission with only your waec even if your German is perfect..

I have two German course mate citizens who are currently in Studienkolleg although they can speak perfect German. They had to go to Studienkolleg first before studying cause they attended high school in another country..

Please guys, how are you guys doing to scale through this financial obligation ? Is there any scholarship you guys are applying for? My own school is Hamm-Lippstadt University. To your question I think the first step to take is to learn German language here in Nigeria to enable you pass the preparatory course when you get to Germany. That’s the easiest way. I you are not in a hurry and willing to waist this year you can keep pursuing your jamb and afterwards get your admission which is not certain. You know what it’s entails getting admission here in our system. Thou if you are still young pls go for your jamb , get admitted and then you can use your 100 level result to get admission in Germany university. But if time is not on your side I will advise you to think twice.
