What I understand is out of all that are HIV Positive, half of them are married. Note that this is different from saying half the married couples in the State are HIV Positive. Only 4% of HIV Positive are sexual workers while 40% are HIV Positive and are not married and not sexual workers, so we're termed "those engaged in casual sex.

For their survey to be useful, they need to tell us the sample size, sample size of married couple in the population, etc.

I believe there are local govt in Akwaibom...he should have reduced it while taking random sampling..If at all they took the data from govt hospitals, i believe there are people that prefer private hospital. and they cant give him such information....I can go on and on with what was wrong with the sampling but it's of no use
