If you want to tame your sister, make her tell you about all her toasters to the last detail. You will have to do that by doing same.

Take her to the club yourself teach her the limits by observing the limits yourself. If you have a girlfriend, you cant tell her not to have a boyfriend too. Teach her how to select a boyfriend instead.
