Your comment is laughable. We're talking of a 16-year-old lady who cannot legally give consent. Force is not a necessary ingredient of rape. Whether the guy used force or not, it amounted to statutory rape. Even if the girl allowed him, it's still rape, if he actually had carnal knowledge of the girl. Get your position right.
