@Nimshi I seconded your opinion.

Let us start showing compassion for all the Nigerians who have died since November 23 2009 to date because they cannot afford N500 malaria drug while Yar'Adua was having the best medical care with Tax payers' money in King Faisal Specialist Hospital-Saudi Arabia

Let's start by showing compassion to their bereaved family

I've said it many times in this forum; wind will soon blow & everyone will see the chicken yansh.

"A so ko ba Omoye mo, Omoye ti rin ihoho wo oja" Omoye has enter the market naked there is really little or no remedy to prevent people from calling her mad woman!

Too late in the day for Turai & to change tactics!

Wise people back up their statements, foolish people say what they think sounds nice.

I am totally oppossed to what frosbel is saying. Read thoroughly before commenting. Please tell me how I have not been "questioning history and constitution".

Anyone can post an article on American Chronicle it is not a bonafide source of news nor is it a news outlet. The CIA are fully aware of Yar'Adua's condition and given the rising pandemonium in this country instructed the Saudi's to deport Yar'Adua. George Bush and Condeleeza Rice would never have met with Goodluck Jonathan without knowing Yar'Adua's condition. The farce that is ongoing here is all about greed and power. The person we should all feel sorry for is Yar'Adua himself, who is about to die a very undignified death in an ambulance outside his house. Turai and her cronies are the ones who are merciless and without compassion in their single-minded drive to retain control of this country. Let this man die in peace.
Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by beniyke2: 1:42pm On Feb 28, 2010
Of course!!. Who wouldn't show compassion to dying a man and his family.  It's now a family matter if his wife decides  who sees her husband or not. i sincerely do not think that this issue should make headlines.

However, It's funny how Nigerians get derrailed by events of the day.  To imagine that Mrs. Yar'dua(Turai) is actually running the affairs of the nation is pure fallacy. Did PDP (, Nigerians) elect (select) Turai as the president of this country. The logic behind this whole thing  is simple. if you are a Minister or an aide  (say, amb. Adeniji) and you honestly want to serve this great country. suddenly you were summoned by mrs. Yar'dua to make a press conference that the President (who you are well aware is very incapacitated, almost a vegetable)  says that GoodLuck should continue to act as president.  Your first reaction should that you want to see and speak to your Boss, if indeed you are not the one that is making up the story yourself.

GoodLuck Jonathan has been well empowered by the national assembly. He should show some qualities of a leader. He should be decisive, courageous and more proactive.
Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by ajilete(f): 5:26pm On Feb 28, 2010
at this point in time why would anyone have any compassion. the fact remains that the only person we are SURE has access to Yaradua is turai. She should do the right thing and tell us what exactly is going on. If she is a good woman who really cares about her husband she should actually have a press conference and say, ''Actually everything you have been told is a lie. My husband is ill, very ill, and i am taking him home to Katsina wher he will find peace.''
Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by adconline(m): 5:42pm On Feb 28, 2010
Are you reading my comments ?

That this woman is not in control of events but certain powerful 'something to lose ' and ' something to hide ' cabal who now see that their time us UP and are trying to hold Yaradua hostage and his poor wife Turai used as a TOOL to achieve their dubious agenda ?

Are you there ? Do you know what is going on behind the scenes ?

Please lets be constructive in our opinions.

Someone is in the pocket of Aso Rock, not me. How could you feel compassionate for Turai since all she cares for is how to secure the presidency for life. It's like a wife who only cares that her dying husband makes her the sole beneficiary of his will. It's like your mom being more concerned about your dad's wealth, position, and properties than his health. Someone whose house is on fire does not go chasing rat. If she cared about Nigeria, why did they belittle Jonathan by referring to him as the VP instead of Acting President.

Please in a country where everyone is unclothed, and you happen to be the only one wearing an Armani suit, you are the crazy one
Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by uyaiih: 12:32am On Mar 01, 2010
Turai doesn't need our compassion, is she the first woman 4 her husband to be ill or dyingDo u know how many Nigerian women out there that are going through the same ordeal Why should the Country stand still because of one family?? Is she a kid that she should be following wrong advises She lacks the qualities of a virtuous woman. If she loves her husband so dearly, she should take him back to the Village for him to rest in peace , not to remain in Abuja and be giving orders, if she cherishes power so much than her dying husband, let her come out in 2011 elections and contest for Presidency,

Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by deb(m): 3:40pm On Mar 01, 2010
I pity Yar'adua for his state of health and I pray and wish that he recovers. I want the man to live and I pray he lives
BUT he has a useless wife who is blinded by power and the tag of '1st lady' on her head else how do you explain her
conceding to the games being played by the so called cabal even with her husband on a sick bed? I think she should be
more concerned about the man getting healing than being power hungry. She's an idiot

I think ye sentimental people should show her compassion by reminding her of what happened to her brother, Uncle Abacha when he tried to mess around with Nigerians.

Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by Akanistic(m): 12:43pm On Mar 02, 2010
Gents, the facts of the matter are that
1) Yar Adua is not in a position to talk nor be seen.

2) We can comfortably refer to Turai as a member of the 'Cabal' sice some of the available information over the past three months have emaneted from her, since noone else has seen the President but herself. She should have kept a low profile since she was nursing her husband instead of giving the whole Country the impression that she would rather prefer her husband to die on the Seat.

3) Who so ever gave those Treasonable commands, to the army, the Governors, even Segun Adeniyi must be asked to submit their source of Information. The day of reckoning is at hand!!!
Re: Show Some Compassion For Turai by Bukittes(f): 4:46pm On Mar 02, 2010
Seriously, Turai does not deserve any sympathy from nobody. She is a big shame to womanhood and not a good example as a first lady of this noble country. Men, watch the kind of women u get to marry!

I think she has the opportunity now to make all Nigerians fall in love with her, if she get off her high horse and they do what is in the best interest of the nation.

show some compassion on turai for? allowing herself to be used? and not resisting the manipulators? or show compassion that her husband is ailing? if its that then i bet she does not need it. if she does, she should first tell the nation the true status of her hubby. then, i trust, nigerians will pour in their sincere compassion.
compassion isnt far from well meaning nigerians.

Showing compassion for Turai is actually Ridiculous, I do not think she diserves any level of tenderheartedness. After turning the nation into a laughing stock, she sure doesn't need to pitied by any Nigerian,

Soldiers were deployed to receive the president who was been accompanied by his wife without the knowledge, talkless of authourisation, of the acting president and we are still trying to figure out who the cabals are.Who else could have influenced the deployment?

For this singular incidence, I think she should be assasinated RIGHT AWAY in front of these compassionate NLanders, . . . nonsense taking us for a ride.

i wish turai told yaradua to provide jobs for jobless nigerians,
i wish she told him to give nigerians electricity

am not going to say anything bad. but i will pray fr God to heal him . if he his healed let him do good to over 200million nigerians. when people pray for u , u will always be well, when people dont pray , things will go wrong. nigerians are not happy with this no light no job bsituation , turai think about it.
