The autopsy says he died of suffocation i.e he was unconscious and locked up in the car before he was found. Negligence on davido and his crews part.

Davido didn't kill is friend Tagbo, that's somehow clear.. the question is, why did he abandon the guy at the hospital when he knew the guy was dead without reporting the case to the police or called Tagbo's parent I think that's where the problem is

I believe the Tagbo guy had pre-existing conditions. Boys drink 2 or 3 full bottles of tequila at clubs and still drive themselves home with girls too. The dude probably have an existing liver problem he didn't bother to see a doctor about.
