Thiza: South Africa is 20 years old and still undergoing transformation on some sectors of the society but a question is....ARE WHITE NOT SOUTH AFRICA and entitled to the same benefits and opportunities. South African constitution indicates that the country belongs to all who live in it black and white. As far as I am concern there is no problem in racial composition of the society unless Nairas whant to brew a storm in the tea cup.

To pose a responding question why Nigeria keeps sending its own officers to be trained in Europe, US, India, Russia, Pakistan and China IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ABOUT WHITE PEOPLE AND WHY ALL YOUR MILITARY HARDWARE INCLUDING THE 40 HELICOPTERS YOU ARE PROUD ABOUT IS COMING FROM WHITE COUNTRIES AND LASTLY WHY NIGERIANS PREFER TO RESIDE IN EUROPE, US AND SOUTH AFRICA.

WHY MOST OF THE EDUCATED NIGERIANS EMIGRATE ABROAD FOR BETTER LIFE?BY THE WAY THESE PEOPLE INCLUDES @AUGUSTUS

SOUTH AFRICA IS A ZEBRA COUNTRY.....YOU HIT A BLACK SPOT IT DIES AND YOU HIT A WHITE SPOT IT DIES.......A TRUE MULTI RACIAL PORT OF HARMONY
What a load of bu11sh1t, I have to say Mandela did a great job of keeping you South Africans in a mental slave state in order for the whites to stay in control, and for you to use a zebra as an example of your land would imply SA is 50% white and 50% black, but that is not the case it is only 9% white and they hold ALL the wealth in your land, they run your military and arms industry, they own all your mines and businesses, while the indigenous 90% poor sit at the bottom making tea for the descendants of the racist white invaders, there is nothing GREAT about that, SA is all an illusion, it is really one of the worst countries in the world, it is the AIDS and r4pe capital of the world, over 16000 murders a year, over 66000 r4pes of women and CHILDREN per year, there are gangs and drugs everywhere, and it's only getting worse. It's not about me hating whites it's about you and your fellow South Africans not acknowledging that your country is a lie, everything down there is a lie. You can post all the photos of Dutch & English people flying helicopters on training exercises in your land all you want but SA has NEVER been better than Nigeria at ANYTHING in anyway shape or form and it never will be. We are the most populous black nation in the world, we are the undeniable KINGS of AFRICA.

Small things amuses small minds.Nigerians are dying like flies crossing the sea to Europe for better life.....and Just to remind you hundreds of thousands of Nigerians are flocking to South Africa like flies......What is important about being the populous African country in the world.....when nearly 120 Million dont have electricity, running water, decent housing.

On AIDS we lead and Nigeria is second behind followed by INDIA...and if you were intelligence enough you will know that 2/3 of Nigerians have never been tested for AIDS. Regarding the gab between white and black atleast in 20 years South Africa has achieved what Nigeria has never been able to achieve in 50 years of independence.

MAYBE YOU ARE ANGRY DUE TO ELECTRICITY BLACKOUT....SEE BELOW SUCCESSFUL COUNTRY

AugustineAgain:

With Nigerian F-7NI jet escorts, our Beechcraft 350 are all safe in the air.

We don't even need to fly over SANDF side of battle line, with 80km air to ground spy radar range NAF Beechcraft will be flying safely 40km deep inside Nigerian side of the battlefield and yet it is targeting ALL South African military positions on the other side of the battle line, to direct our artillery fire to wipe out the whole SANDF in one day. tongue tongue

This is why American army and air force ordered more units of Nigeria's Beechcraft 350 type....weapons of the masters.

South Africa is 66 years behind Nigeria in ISTAR warfare tongue tongue

.
11 F-7Ni will conduct 1. Escort for the Alpha jets,Beechcraft etc 2. Counter air 3. High speed reconnaissance 4. Interception 5. Interdiction 6. Strategic strikes( precision) 7. Training 8. Air patrol 9. Air defense etc?

ISTAR? Please post Nigerian equipment that matches the ones in the pics below

Even if you get 40, Nigeria does not have the air crew, technicians or facilities to operate all those new air craft

Nigeria also does not have the money

Last time I checked, it is South Africa that has terrible military manpower shortages grin

Oh ! and the last time I checked this too, it is South Africa that cancelled new weapons purchases and is retrenching soldiers for lack of money grin

SANDF is the victim grin

Nigeria has BOTH land based and airborne ISTAR vehicles and aircraft, the most sophisticated in Africa. I won't repeat that our long list again today.

South Africa has ZERO airborne ISTAR capability...SANDF is 66 years behind Nigeria in ISTAR warfare.

No dummy, that is a Jet Fighter pod, NOT an ISTAR aircraft with powerful electronics loaded outside aircraft, inside cockpit, and inside cargo space cabin all packed full. South Africa has NO single ISTAR aircraft in this world...that's why your air force chief is crying for a chance to buy Nigerian type of Beechcraft ISTAR spy master...SAAF is 66 years behind NAF, and you have no money to buy any ISTAR planes for many years to come grin grin

Nothing @augustus can say accept to repeat a discredited ISTAR warfare that SOuth Africa had since time in memorial. How can we produce world tested weapons and fail to have sophisticated weapons. The 60 years theory behind Nigeria is reflected on the pictures posted and sober people can make their judgement.

60 years ahead of Nigeria and yet its soldiers leaves in unhabitable sqoulor, pigsty condition which are for condemned human being.....and yet you have a nerve to question your GOD;s

South Africa's commitment to the African Union (AU) African Capacity for Immediate Response to Crises (ACIRC) force goes to another level next month when the Army's annual force preparation exercise will be geared specifically to the fledgling rapid response force. SO MUCH FOR THE MILITARY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A BUDGET.

Noting extra ordinary about cost cutting measures in modern militaries and financial constrain...Speaking at a ceremony at the IDF staff and command college in Glilot honoring outstanding reservist soldiers, Gantz said that “the national priorities have changed. And with it, sadly, so have the national decisions that have to do with security.”

A senior military official was quoted saying last week that “the IDF has run out of funds” and that the military needs “billions of shekels within days in order to continue to operate.”

The official was speaking anonymously last Monday to Channel 10 about deep cuts to the defense budget that had hurt the army’s training programs and general readiness.

He noted that the military had cut armored units and fighter jet squadrons and fired a thousand people in under three months, but said that was still not enough to counter the lack of cash.

“In the next few days IDF chief Benny Gantz will decide which exercises and trainings to cancel,” the official said at the time.

NIGERIA
In a clear term, the Nigerian Army on Wednesday declared that its soldiers could not match force with force with Boko Haram.

Chief of Accounts and Budget of the Nigerian Army, Major-General Abdullah Muraina disclosed this in Jos, yesterday, even as the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Kenneth Minimah who spoke in a similar tone said that ethno-religious crisis and terrorism has left serious financial demand on the Nigeria Army.

The two generals made their remarks during the opening ceremony of the Nigeria Army Finance Corps Warrant Officers/Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Training Week, 2014 holding at the Headquarters of the Infantry Course Centre, Jaji, Kaduna State.

Muraina said: “Apart from the limitations of the envelope system, the Nigeria Army is enmeshed in the bureaucratic bottleneck for funding approvals for military operations.

“Currently, budgetary allocation for the military is inadequate to meet the contemporary security challenges and also cater for the welfare of the Nigerian Army. This calls for a review as the increasing speed at which the effects of conflict appear in the operational environment will continue to challenge military commanders”.

Gen. Ray Odierno, U.S. army chief-of-staff announced plans on Monday that are the broadest organizational change for the U.S. Army since WWII. The five-year plan will eliminate combat forces from 10 military bases across the country as well as reduce the number of personnel by 80,000 soldiers.

U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has outlined his 2015 budget, and the downsizing of the military to 440,000 from a post-9/11 attacks peak will shrink the country's army to its smallest size since WWII. Part of the budget will eliminate an entire class of Air Force attack jets.

Pentagon press secretary Navy Rear Admiral John Kirby told the Associated Press That in facing the realities of the times, "We must be pragmatic, we can't escape tough choices. He and the [military service] chiefs are willing to make those choices." According to the Wall Street Journal, Mr. Hagel also plans to recommend reductions in housing allowances and other benefits, as well as limiting pay raises and raising healthcare premiums.

While the plan has the endorsement of the Pentagon's Joint Chiefs of Staff, it is expected that Congress will show some opposition. But in reality, the plan is part of the 2011 Budget Control Act, requiring the military to cut $487 billion in spending over a decade. The plan also has the backing of President Barack Obama, who pledged to end the land wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

"You have to always keep your institution prepared, but you can't carry a large land-war defence department when there is no large land war," one senior Pentagon official told the New York Times.

While the United States is reducing military forces and defense spending, China and Japan have increased their defense spending, in part, because of continuing antagonism over territorial disputes. Russia has told the world they too have plans to increase their military to protect their rights to the Arctic.

ISTAR: Intelligence, surveillance and target acquisition and reconnaissance. You forgot in the process the Oryx EW and Dakota EW which are packed with Saab grinteck advanced EW systems.

Wikipedia description: ISTAR is a practice that LINKS several battlefield functions together to assist a combat force in employing its sensors and managing the information they gather

All SANDF sensors including the Gripen carrying the JDRP or the Litening III Pod and other sensors, aircraft are linked via Link-ZA to the Chaka C2 system at headquarters.

You want more humble sir?

EW, ECM, ECCM and ESM warfare are not the same as ISTAR.

F-7 jet can carry targeting pod, recce pod, EW pod, so does that make it an ISTAR aircraft?

Electronic warfare is one thing, but ISTAR is four things combined. Nigerian ATR-42 is an MPA/electronic/ELINT warfare aircraft 100 times better than South African flying coffin Dakota 1957 ancient cucumber shaped aircraft. Did you ever hear me say ATR-42 is an ISTAR platform? Mumu !

SANDF is 66 years behind Nigeria in ISTAR warfare. Swallow extra humble pie.

Now i know you don't even understand what a war is. LOL
So if you hold a remote location belonging to the enemy in battle, your troops will refuse to stay there if Air-conditioned cabins are not flown in and your XO's will be court marshalled? LMAO. You are cracking me up,no wonder you fled CAR. Do you think war is one sided? Do you think it is a game? War is not what we saw in Iraq or Afghanistan, cause the U.S. did not win any of the conflicts there. They couldn't force a peace unlike the NA in liberia and sierra-leone. We know to win a war you have to be prepared to live, fight and defeat the enemy in the same environment as he.
Lesson for the SALOANDF to learn from LOL.

bros, I too love you for this comment. #NoHomo.
