Am very certain the writer never got the point of stopping the recruitment of females to NDA, it's a total stoppage for all females and not of southerners alone, it's for all females in Nigeria, I wish you could understand the risk the are going through there and the pains, so please try to make proper investigations sometimes before coming here to write....go and ask the past female graduates from the commission 80% of them have anaemia which sometimes affect the womb and so on....it's for the betterment of the female cadets....thanks |

cstr1000:You dont take me serious yet you can't live your leprous abi na leprechaun life without diving into my mentions uninvited? Like I said and will always reiterate, politics is a game of numbers, and the north will always have the upper hand, not because they have more numbers or more education, but because they have the most basic wisdom to be united when they need something. The last time I checked, you have been the one weeping and wailing from Everest to Kilimanjaro about how the north is doing this and that and oppressing you. Since 2015 when your preferred candidate lost an election, it's been one demonstration or the other from Aba to PH to Spain to Washington about how ndi awusa n'emegbu gi, n'egbukwa gi n'umu gi. You've lamented how the north has frustrated your life and kept you in the shackles of slavery; you even embraced the Peckham albino, kissing and licking his foot because he promised to lead you out of your slavery and misery. I simply pointed out to you the sensible solution to your plight which you've been blind to since forevermore, and you've gone ballistic asking me if I'm only just realising northern hegemony. No brother! Go back and check the history of my posts on this forum since 2008, I've always known of a northern hegemony since even before you learnt how to use the internet; I am not like you who only realised it post-2015 election after your preferred candidate lost a silly election. I've always also been plain in what I believe is the solution to that hegemony (which is definitely not your pointless wailing, insulting and fighting with everyone). |

Cromagnon: Stop typing thrash, there are female combatant soldiers in most armed forces globally, including Africa. They abound in British, American, Isreali, South African even in Egyptian armed forces. |

Igbos will not fight over this matter, let the Yorubas who happen to be the major beneficiaries of this GEJ Policy of having regular female combatants should deal with it. If we put mouth for this matter they will leave the Fulanis who took this decision and descend on us and call on us names, even cheering the Buhari Army to kill our people under any operation code name 1 Like |

OAUTemitayo: Bros before u make a conclusion, know the reason behind it. Female cadet admission in the Nigerian Army was stopped in nda owing to some specific facts. The strenuous training and many more. Get ur fact straight the first female army cadet in nda passed out last year. Pple like Lord mallam and likes. And some other passed out dz year pple like olagunju and those other coming up sarmas. Buh go and make more research all female cadet who passed out were never posted to the infantry or artillery corp due to the presence of insurgent. Most of them are in intelligence, transport and the likes. Lez get the scenario, a female army officer is in the infantry corp, posted to borno to drop some bastards and he got captured while on the course of duty. The first tin dz pple r gonna do z rape the hell out of her, dehumanize her etc. Imagine she's ur sister or mother and she's been shown on live tv getting raped and abused how will u feel? Stop malnourishing the Great NA with ur tribalistic post. The army also stopped dz female tin coz the army job z more demanding. Imagine u r a soldier and u were asked about ur co and u r telling the questionaire she z on maternity leave. How ridiculous? Am not a northerner, buh there z more to the army job that tribal discrimination and all dz unwarranted stuff u r talking of here. Go to nda and u will see lot of female cadets there. Mostly in navy and airforce since those ones r less strenuous. And again sef as an army officer, chances r u will never get to meet ur family except ones in a while coz we HV over a 100 barracks in Nigeria. Buh as a airforce or naval officer, the highest posting u can get will be within 4 states. Its still same men that will come to talk of their wife not having time for the family etc. See get ur facts right OK? I know u will wanna compare the Us army. Buh go there bro, before I count 1 female officer u would HV counted 50 of z male counterpart. Dz army job z not for female bro dz d bitter truth. Am not saying dz to insite u or smfin. In fact I passed out alongside my cousin sis last sept. And I do always tell her she z seriously in the wrong profession. A female army officer can be in the Medical corp, intelligence, education etc. Buh Infantry and Artillery. Hell Nah in fact Buhari z even trying sef dz one the cadet still allowed female cadets in airforce and navy. If am in z shoes, let them go and be colitos no female shud be regular combatant. U might think dz z bunkum buh trust me I passed thru the system. I know the emotional distress, physical distress, even on guys it has lot of ways it affects us. Talk less of sarmas. And before u quote me to slander pls get nda form survive prep wing(first 3 month) and come back to quote me. Bottom line am not against female folks joining the military, buh before Jonathan decided it's high time he please mama peace and sycophant dia z a way they do join. Short service (colito). And most of them r always in Medical, education, intelligence, transport, etc. Lez go back to that way. Buh of anyone wanna make a fool of dz, show me a picture of the almighty female US army in the infantry corp or artillery. Or probably a navy seal or special force female army officer. And we can start talking. |

Nobody is against the north. You can support any candidate but every Nigerian Knows/knew Buharis history and those who didn't ,saw all the awareness campaign done but chose to ignore because they were getting a no 2 nonetity position of a VP. obailala: |

shallysgirl:In politics, people go where they believe their bread is going to be buttered, you cannot force your opinion on anyone and neither can you expect everyone to buy into your personal preferences. That same SW you claim was foolish by voting PMB instead of GEJ, are you aware they actually voted GEJ in 2011 despite the fact that Buhari also had a Yoruba man as his vice in 2011?... Hope you can now see how your assumptions of Yoruba VP makes no sense?... The SW did not think it got what it wanted from GEJ following 2011, so they changed formation in 2015. There is nothing foolish about that, its called 'politics' and even the SE did same with Shagari in 1979 and in 1993 (you might claim it was because of an Ekwueme VP but that is inconsequential). You said everyone knows Buhari's history, and what is the so called history you talk about that hasnt been seen before?... The north trying to dominate the ministry and every decision making body in Nigeria, what has that got to do with Buhari?... Did it start in 2015?... Did same not happen under GEJ? |

TheArchangel: U still dnt get the point.......okay facts dnt lie neither does picture does. Show me a picture of a female soldier in the infantry or artillery unit or any of ur so called Russian army. Or show !e a woman navy seal or special force................ Let me put dz directly to u. Imagine dz, u take academy form, u passed afsb, selected and in front of u baptism (name) u saw the NA. The strenuous unforgiven first 3 month, u scaled thru. And wen ur contemporary in navy r going to onne to lalux and ur female contemporary in airforce are going to base to cut suicide 5. U r still in academy. Serving some ofe job, doing all sort of unthinkable things. U survived d it. Now hear dz good part. U passed out and u were posted to the Infantry corp, ur destiny took u to borno and u were sure u gonna fire ur rifle gallantly buh reverse was the case. U became a prisoner of war to dz god forsaken demons. For ur male counterpart, u watch dz bastard slit their throat on national tv etc. And it comes to ur turn, the best they can do for u z gang rape u,and abuse u on national tv. Ur hubby z watching at home coz d tin went viral and also ur kids were watching and all their mates in school. Tell me how the hell u will feel about that? Still wanna prove ur point huh? Okay lez keep going. Or better still u survived borno buh as d job entails u r to be posted every now and then and u hv to take it in good faith. Today north tomorrow south even a times places wia network won't reach and u HV growing kids and hubby at home. Probably a 1000mile from wia u r. And for like a 100 days u were Denied pass to kiss, hug or show ut kids some motherly affection. How high will ur morale be? Huh! Pls be realistic check all the major US infiltration it will be hard for u to see a woman soldier among them. Meanwhile I know u won't take dz serious coz uve already made up ur mind. Buh ruminate over it let ur conscience do d rest. |

Check for the Ca-ve-at in the Laws establishing Training of Nigerians for the Military. If there is no such Discrimination in it or in them, then the NASS must approve such Presidencial initiative before it becomes effective. |
