As the richest people, the smartest people, developers of Nigeria and owners of Lagos and Abuja, we expect to see shinning streets, beautiful world class buildings, but what you villagers are posting ugly streets full of trash and garbage.... grin grin grin

Is this the village interpretation of development... grin grin grin

This is very good development although we should have gone so far in terms of infrastructures, those houses along Onitsha express way through Upper iweka Axis should be renovated by the landlords ,is an eyesore to that express, all the motor park in upper Iweka should be relocated with immediate effect for Christ sake.

Thanks for updating us with existing infrastructures on the ground, keep it coming.

Bro I was able to visit Onitsha general hospital on New year day, serious work was going on, I meet the contractor handling the projects according to him after upgrading the infrastructures, they will also do landscape with drainage

Nwanne mmadu, thanks a lot for taking the pain you took to go inside and take pictures. I was actually born in that hospital and i also worked there.I know countless lives it had saved, so i'm totally committed to seeing it return to it's former glory as a prime medical center of excellence in the southeast region. I can't thank Obiano enough for massively investing in healthcare infrastructure to give Onitsha residents a befitting public hospital capable of handling every type of surgery and medical emergencies.

I am happy Obiano is taking concrete steps to transform it into a center of excellence which it used to be. What Obiano is doing now was what most of us expected Ngige would do being a medical doctor who did his houseman-ship in that hospital. It was a shame that Ngige too abandoned the hospital.

I can't wait to see it when landscaping is completed with trees and flowers in that hospital. If that hospital is transformed into a truly modern specialist center, the quality healthcare for the masses in Onitsha would have been given a major boost.People use that hospital so much and when it's staffed by competent doctors, nurses, pharmacists etc, then the people of the state are also being treated by qualified and competent professionals. Personally, i prefer going to that hospital because unlike fanciful private hospitals filled with quacks, you will get the most brilliant and resourceful medical consultants in every field in the hospital.

Finally, biko who is putting up those plastic yellow palm trees on Park road and near Zik's roundabout? I hope those are xmas decorations because those areas need proper flowers and trees not the plastic decors.

That hotel that Obi started near the shopping mall should be sold off to private investors and converted to office blocks since there is already a bigger and better one being erected opposite it. That project was a means for Obi to loot money anyway because only in almajiri states do you find governments still building hotels.

FG promised to ban rice importation, it will be a great boast to our local rice farmers, Cosharies rice farm currently growing 2,500 hectares, anticipated 5000 hectares in first face, also hoping to expand to 10,000, he started with 500 hectares three years ago, after FG team both CBN governor, minister of agriculture and supported him, he is currently growing 2500 .

Yes, Anambra is a beautiful mega state that is very developed, yet Igbos want to die in Lagos. Yoruba pray to go to heaven while Igbos pray to go to Lagos. Even when Raji Fashola abducted and dumped Igbos at Upper Iweka at 2:00am, they still jumped into the next trailer carrying cows to Lagos. What a people!

Idiot, Igbos fought civil war and sacrificed millions of lives to stay far away from you and your Nigeria/lagos, and your fathers sacrificed their own lives to forced them back to your lagos/Nigeria. You also forcing your ugly lots on their women. Yorubas are very ugly race with ugly minds. Can't your ugly mind see, that Igbos are still paying the ultimate prise(still sacrificing their lives) at the moment to stay apart far, far away from Yorubas, lagos/Nigeria??.
