I went to 33 Awolowo road today, it was beside Oceanic Bank and their was fast food beside the entrance to the startime decoder, I met the guy selling the decoder in the office but he told me that their wasn't any decoder available for sales yet,that they are out of stock, I asked him when next can I check,He told me he wasn't sure that I should keep checking, please I need their headquarter address, I saw their advert their that it is selling at 9000 naira,
