Why planes, I mean jets with whole lot of noise? What happened to stealth planes and newly launched UAVs?. The government better step up their game. And stop living in 19th century, this option would have been good if it happened at appropriate time, but these reactive measures after 7 days for me doesn't call for noisy planes.
