His girlfriend, who says that they've been dating for almost a year, watches in horror as he returns the model's advances.
He quickly takes her number and suggests that perhaps he should have been her date instead of the 'no show' guy.
"A guy like you must have a girlfriend," Jaymi coos at him.
But the unnamed boyfriend denies that he does and tells her it's "hard" finding one.
He walks her to her car and they embrace with a leisurely hug before she drives off.
When they next meet - for a date at a restaurant - his girlfriend is waiting close by.
She angrily approaches the table and the cheater introduces the two women.
His girlfriend angrily throws water in his face and he apologises to the actress for his 'crazy ex-girlfriend'.
But when he belated realises that he's been stitched up, he leaves clearly embarrassed and angry with the film crew who pursue him.
The clip was uploaded to YouTube channel To Catch a Cheater yesterday and has already racked up over 206,000 views.
