Even after all ppl who think they are sane wouldn't decode what shehu sani is saying.

There is a grand plan(collusion) by high profiled military officials carrying out a sinister to make Nigeria the impossible.
Get it the northerners dominate the military and by that have an edge even danjuma can't break the code than to speak out.
3Ebisco:
Nigeria’s Chairman of the Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debts, Senator Shehu Sani has described former defence Minister, Lt. Gen. Theophilus Danjuma’s statement, as a clear indication that the nation was ‘tip toeing through a minefield’.

The lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial district spoke in reaction to the former defence Minister’s call on Nigerians “to defend themselves against herdsmen attacks”, across the country.

The former Minister in his speech at the maiden convocation ceremony of the Taraba State University on Saturday in Jalingo accused Nigeria military of complicity in killings by herders across the country.

Danjuma who was former Chief of staff insisted that indigenes of the affected areas should stop believing that the security forces will protect them.

In a post on his Facebook page, Sani urged Nigerians to spare the elder statesman of criticism, adding that Danjuma knew President Muhammadu Buhari more than any one else.

“You can’t claim to know Buhari more than Danjuma does.

“You can’t lecture Buhari and Danjuma about WAR and PEACE.’

“Buhari has heard Danjuma’s Radio message. And I believe he has decoded the message.

“THE NATION is tip toeing through a minefield. The two Generals are experienced to know better that its fate lies in every step.”

ItsMeAboki:

No comparison at all.
Jonathan inherited a country on sound footing; with external reserves at about $60B, an unprecedented earnings potential (not enjoyed by any head of govt to date) through sale of crude oil averaging above $100/barrel - unfortunately what did he do with that opportunity?
He squandered everything, he did not save anything against a rainy day, instead he endorsed open corruption to a level never seen before, with his famous "Stealing is not Corruption;" he was also ethnically divisive with his famous "Igbos are pillars my administration," allowing his wife and kin from the ND e.g. Asari Dokubu to openly insult northerners and northern elders, he did nothing until too late as Igbo states profiled and arrested thousands of innocent northerners in detention camps as Boko Haram suspect; he was also vert petty and openly witch hunted political foes e.g Amaechi, Kwankwaso etc. by withdrawing their official security details as sitting governors, access to air travel, official residence; disruption of their private meetings, interfering with election of chairman of the governor's forum; he was criminally terrible with security as he mismanaged the Jos crisis and allowed Boko Haram to grow beyond expectation, under him mass territories were captured, army posts overtaken, many soldiers deserted or mutinied, leaving thousand and thousands in the N.E. unduly exposed and defenceless to be killed, maimed and raped, while many families were separated and scattered in several IDP camps, meanwhile he was shamelessly defending his sympathetic attitude for not taking the war to Boko Haram by calling them his SIBLINGS; at the same time he and his service chiefs were diverting billions of dollars meant for the war into their pockets and towards his failed re- election.

Buhari on the other hand Buhari inherited an already bankrupt country with: foreign reserves as low as $24B, oil price crashing below $30/barrel, an importation based economy with a citizenry already spoilt on importation of food and unnecessary luxury goods, endemic corruption at every level and the economy already poised to go into recession.

Given the above scenario it is a wonder how any sane person could attribute the current sufferings to Buhari instead of Jonathan's maladministration; I wonder how Buhari could have been responsible for the crash in international oil prices along with the attendant consequences of our mono- product dependant economy: such as the fall of the Naira against the Dollar and consequential inflation resulting in the rise in the cost of goods and services, including food?
Many ppl simply have short term memories and have easily forgotten how bad Jonathan was.

1.It was reported that the master mind of the Nyanya bombing was alleged to be a dismissed ex soldier....
2. Sergeant Rogers the reported sharp shooter in Abacha regime was a soldier....
3. Boko Haram has been alleged to wear military uniforms during their attacks....
4. When boko haram needed a negotiator on their behalf they nominated an ex general....
5. Boko Haram has been reported to attack military barracks and soldiers will flee for them....
6. Each time boko kidnapped school girls it was reported that military checkpoints were dismantled prior to the attacks....
7. A governor was once quoted as saying boko haram was more equipped than our army....

Let me stop here for now, so tell me why I should not agree 100% with TY Danjuma's assertion being a one time chief of army. Surely, he is talking from a position of an insider, he definitely knows what's going on.

It is the particular demeanor about Nigerians that explain the fact the country will not progress beyond concrete and twisted steels.
