Female Presidential aspirant, Eunice Atuejide has slammed a former Cross Rivers state governor, Donald Duke, for distancing himself from a comment he made concerning homosexuality.

Wrong definition! Most crimes are not specified by the constitution. Some crimes are simply laws enacted by the national or state assemblies and interpreted as such the judiciary. A national or state assembly can enact a law and the judiciary can interprete such law as unconstitutional. A good example is the environmental sanitation law enacted by the lagos state assembly. The judiciary found such law against the constitutional guaranteed rights of movement.
