I would expect if your view that Only Atletico would be allowed to buy players from other Spanish clubs. Barcelona shouldnt do so. even if they player is quality and at a reasonable price just because Simeone and co would complain

Any player with ambitions would choose Bayern ahead of any other German club by default, but if it's at the detriment of the only club who can currently compete with bayern for the league, then you'd expect complaints. At atleti last season, Simeone didn't need to before he won la liga even though barca and madrid bought neymar and bale. If reus goes next season again after lewy and gotze, then Dortmund's downward troll won't have a brake
