Nigeria have the lowest legal age of consent which is 11. You qll can google that fact. So legally wat he did is not a crime and he wont be convicted 4 it but morally, its upto him and his God. But legally in Nigeria according to age of consent, sex activities with someone that is older dan 11 is allowed so far it is with the party consent
