I wonder why, too.
Not all men, I can't do it no matter how much I love her and in fact I won't propose cos she knows where its heading already so no time to be doing camera show off.

Alright, cool. smiley

@the bolded, why won't you? What are you going to do then?

Isn't a proposal just like making things formal or just asking/saying the words? You will at one point, if the purpose of the relationship is marriage.

Yes, it doesn't have to be dramatic and for all to see.

A Nigerian Damsel identified as Daisy Mekpelilem Esor couldn't contain her joy as she took to social media to announce that her time on Facebook has actually paid her off.

Daisy made the announcement after her boyfriend she met through the social media platform has finally engaged her:

She wrote on her wall as she shares her engagement photos:

Facebook paid me off!! . My stay here was worth it.

I said yes to my better half on the 15th of September 2019. I'm completely taken. Thank you, my love, for choosing me among others to walk through the remaining part of your life journey with you. I promise to make it more colorful.

I love you, your royal Majesty.

The same Facebook that has sent some women into their early grave. Everything has its good and the bad sides, depending on how you make use of it.

Facebook truly paid off

Getting a husband these days is very difficult and it is the greatest thing any lady will ever achieve.

That's why i always warn the female folk to accept any man who is willing to marry them.

And those of them here forming feminists, pray nairaland pay off because very soon husbands will be scarce.
Husbands are already scarce, but so are the good women to wife up too..

Na God go help us ooo

Congrats I wish them both a happy married life.

Two or three things I must point out. Her English is wrong. I bet she does not know the literal meaning of paid me off

Secondly it pains my heart when i see people behave as if marriage is final destination for them or s state of utopia of some sort where everything just falls into the right place. It is not

Finally her make up is too much
