Magu has disgraced that institution called the EFCC.

Magu should note that he will retire from that job one day and he will regret his actions.

Serving the institution gives peace of mind after retirement than serving oga at the top. Oga at the top will abandon you after retirement.

Until I know what Tinubu put in those bullion vans, EFCC to me is a toothless bulldog barking and eating flies who perch around it's nose.

We know the Vans were definitely not carrying sewage, we all know it wasn't empty too. So was it election papers or money? If it was money was it naira, Euros, dollars , rands, rupees or pounds ?

Efcc should just go ahead and treat that particular file, though I think they will end up losing the case anyway because it may he hard to prove a lot of things pertaining to the case.

The video is already in public domain in which Tinubu admits those bullion vans entered his house. But what they would rather do is to give the case to a certified mediocre to prosecute.

Rubbish Petition??! How exactly do you mean??! Was the petition poorly addressed, written, or lacking in merit of any kind that warranted your terming it rubbish??!... Or you just deliberately chose to take a leave of the little sense you were created with??!....


Law enforcement agencies are created to enforce and address criminalities, not to waste time and resources on issues where no crime was committed or where there's zero evidence or proof of criminal activities.

The petition contained zero probable cause, no evidence of stolen funds and the constitution and laws of Nigeria don't prevent banks from operating bullion vans or not to use bullion vans to transport valuables to and from their customers.

What criminal activity was highlighted in the petition? Have you asked yourself that?

You just can't say, hey police, I saw something and I need you to go and investigate when in fact what you saw wasn't illegal and you have zero evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

There are real crimes out there for our law enforcement agencies to go after and prosecute, not silly and petty nonsense like oh, I saw bullion vans entering this and that person's house so go and investigate.
