How many private universities do you have in the North? they only rely on FG funding (Oil money) to fund projects in their region, FG already approved take off fund of 2billion for Army University, but down south, individuals set up privately funded university.

Federal institutions are dominated by Northerners, from NNPC, Amry, Navy, Police, Customs just name it.
