Some times I wish I could just replace the citizens of this country with a new set of people, because Nigerians are the only problem this beautiful country have.

seriously? Did you read the reasons for the ban? In Nigeria, it's possible for someone to commit a crime, go to jail with a fake name or simply relocate to another city and start a new life, then someday, migrate to the US. You don't think that's a serious failure of the Nigerian government?

That’s a System failure that has been there since the military and democracy. If Buhari is guilty of that which may be true so is every other president including Atiku as a former vp.

Atiku Abubakar, former presidential candidate on the platform of the PDP in the last presidential election, posted a couple of tweets in reaction to the travel ban against Nigeria, expressing sadness and stating reasons why he believed the US should reconsider its decision against Nigeria

It is exactly for all of that reasons that they are banning Nigerians @Atiku! Nigerian exploits (both legal and illegal) in the US threatens the white supremacists' views of the black man. And while a lot of Nigerians, ironically are big supporters of the trump administration, there are elements within the higher echelon of the administration that are white supremacist or share their views strongly. And the person behind this administration's immigration policy Stephen Miller has been accused of being a white supremacist!

Oga titiku must you politicize every thing all cos u lost out at d last election? Hell no. US travel ban against Nigeria should not be attributed to buhari's failure. Note previous administrations which Mr atiku was also part of failed Nigeria and Nigerians woefully. In recent times, some notorious Nigerians living in the States had painted our dear father land in a very bad light by engaging in interned related fraudulent activities. If Mr Trump has decided to bilacklist Nigeria, then it is left for our leaders to sit up and do the needful to remedy the already damaged image of our dear country Nigeria. Its our collective fault but our so called leaders has the most part of the blame.

Atiku and his goons made a national identity scheme become a jamboree without a result when as usual, they looted funds for same project.

Incidentally, Nigeria of Today, for you to obtain a travel passport, you must obtain a national identity card whilst your passport is truly electronic and must be activated before use.

I wonder what more Trump demands beyond nigeria giving his country a full dossier on every single citizen as if we are his underlings.

He should go to hell.

It's welcome development if the ban will start from Buhari to everyone in the country. I'm looking forward to more ban from other countries including Dubai. Let everyone stay here and build the country.

So at least you agree that Buhari is a failure like former presidents? Yet you mentioned you weren't sure if it was his fault?

Before the ban, when was the last time Atiku visited US. It was done during Saraki as Senate president. He went there as entourage of Nigeria senate president. Let him apply for US visa and visit if FBI will not hand chain his both hand together.

Can’t wait for this motherducker to get voted out so that things can go back to sanity. Never has their been a more racist president than trump (slavery times included)
jayfolarin:
Some kids here with their tiny brains praising trump for his racist decision to ban Nigerian immigrants.

Nigerians are one of the best educated immigrant groups. 17 percent of Nigerians in the US hold a master's degree while 4 percent have a doctorate. The corresponding numbers for white Americans are 8 percent and 1 percent.

Trump has made disparaging comments about African nations in the past, complaining that Nigerians who entered the United States on visas would never “go back to their huts.”. He is a racist white supremacist asshole whose entire domestic & foreign policy has been based on reversing everything the first black American president did.

Fifteen of the 19 '9/11' plane hijackers were citizens of Saudi Arabia, two were from the United Arab Emirates, one from Lebanon, and one from Egypt. None of their citizens has been placed on a travel ban list but Nigerians that have been a net positive to America gets put on a list. Madness!
