For a long time I have always wondered what the point was in getting married especially when a lot of men and women were not respecting the institution of marriage, It was like wahts the point of being married if marriage is just filled with all these heartaches and boredom and pains and disappointment,

But then as time went on and I grew older, I have began to realise that God created the instituion of marriage for a purpose, He created it to mirror the relationship Christ has with his church, And that marriage is the best form of relationships and just as we often disappoint God and go against his will, so will it be in a marriage between man and woman,

I want to get married because God has blessed that institution and I am ready to be a helpmate to my man. I am ready to demonstrate the love Christ has for the church to my man. I also want to partake of the blessings attached to leaving the marriage bed undefiled,

Yes it sounds very spiritual but marriage is nothing but a spiritual union,

By the way, I agree that marriage is overrated. I know what my  mum went through in my father's house, and I do not wish it on my enemy. If you go make mistake choose the wrong person to marry, and you no wan divorce, e mean say you don enter one chance be that.

I just like an easy life without conflict so I am seriously thinking about not marrying. I am sorry mama, but a man gat to do what he gat to do.
