Well i've followed the election in delta north and i can say its been peaceful. I think the troubled areas are in delta central and part of south. But generaly its an ok election irrespective of who wins. Every one wants his candidate to win. Believe me non of the parties have the right candidate for delta state. For now, people vote based on necessity, ethnicity and monetary inducement

@ Duality, your comment makes sense. They are not the best that Delta State can bring forward, but if you wish to rule, you have to raise up your hand and be counted and be voted for. Of all the candidates, Uduaghan seems to be the most experienced. Besides, should he win today, he would have divorced himself from the ghost of Ibori and be judged based on his own record of achievement
