The main thing to address at this point is testing of individuals. More testing is what should be advocating for now. |

Re: Coronavirus: Sanwo-Olu Mulls Another Lockdown by Mizwisdom(f): 7:31am On May 10, 2020 |
airsaylongcom: That's why you want lockdown so that you won't work on Sunday. You consider only yourself . What about those that can't feed without daily work? is the govt palliative going to go round? we were on lockdown in Lagos but Kaduna , Kastina, Kano were getting FG palliative instead. You better reason beyond your personal life o because in the long run if security collapses as expected it will affect you as well. 1 Like |

Lockdown remains safest way to combat COVID 19. GOVERNMENT must pay the price as a response and responsive government. Lockdown must follow with PALLIATIVE. Government must play a leading role... Wealthy ones should donate food items directly to the grassroots. 1 Like 1 Share |

fortran12:Fantastic question. The Lockdown will not achieve anything at all. If he lockdown now and ease or reopen later, he will see exactly the same thing he is seeing now. So how many times is the Governor going to lockdown Lagos. I believe the Governor is under serious pressure to close down Lagos and it is not because of Coronavirus. (I am not saying Coronavirus does not exist in Nigeria) I advise him to ask God to grant him the wisdom of Solomon in this delicate matter. If the Governor is not part of the SCAM at NCDC, he should be able to discern what is actually going on! 1 Like |

Re: Coronavirus: Sanwo-Olu Mulls Another Lockdown by Nobody: 7:52am On May 10, 2020 |
Mizwisdom: So first of let me clarify that I work up at 4am on Sunday to do my work. Side hustle. I wasn't compelled to wake up. My time with my employers is Mon-Fri and u put in my best effort everytime. But You don't seem to be getting the point. There was lockdown and everyone screamed. Got lifted the lockdown with rules. Everyone wear a mask (a proper one not the nonsense a lot of people are wearing), buses load two passengers per seat and other rules. Are they been followed? If they are then fine leave the economy open. If they aren't who is to blame? Government? When people start dropping like flies and overwhelm the health system is that when you want the government to intervene? People should abide by small health rules and that's a problem for Nigerians then we scream that we have bad leaders when that is what we deserve. I thought people received small sense during the lockdown but it's like I thought wrong. It's relaxer they got in exchange for a brain. Lockdown until Nigerians can follow this small rule 1 Like |

Am always at a distance when am at work or outdoor. At this time, no guest is allowed to visit me even my extended blood. Convid 19 is real and kills.. |

airsaylongcom: Are you just coming to Nigeria or what is the reason for your thinking pattern? do you know that there will be security problems due to lockdown with no palliative and that people who are supposed to be in their houses will be out at night doing vigilante work?. Supposing those people get infected and take the viruses to their families and those sharing compounds with them nko? You ignored what I pointed out to you that when Lagos was on FG lockdown, FG was sharing palliative to Northern States leaving Lagos to Sanwo Olu who was overwhelmed by the number of people requiring palliative. Lockdown won't work because it's impossible for palliative to go round, I repeat it's impossible! Thirdly, with the lockdown, how many people were tested? to be candid we have many more people already infected so keeping them locked up without enough enforcement and palliative will lead to more casualties The government doesn't know what to do, they think using methods used abroad will work here but it won't. The virus has come to stay just like any other virus e.g HIV, flu, we should be looking for local readily available remedies to manage it. That's the way to go. 1 Like |
