I don't believe some of this rape stories. My ex once told she got disvirgined through rape and have not had sex since after d incident which was about 3yrs. In court Mr B said, Mr A is at fault for inviting him to the house and secondly for displaying the valuables. Now be the judge..

To the example you referenced up here, the judge and the lawyers just wanted to bury the case i believe. If a lady removes her shoes and even trousers but then said STOP, stop means STOP. She owns her body, can give consent and withdraw the consent before the act, i hope our judicial system will develop to this extent one day. If there is no self-restraint or caution, humans are not different from lower animals.

We should stop making excuses or finding rationale for despicable acts like RAPE.
