Pls don't be in a haste to conclude yet, the IGP is quick to release a statement and indict ESN in less than 24 hours after the attack without thorough investigation into this matter. How can a whole state Force HQ that is highly fortified be attacked and razed like this with little or no resistance from them, it's a testament that some security agents too are complicit in this issue. What baffles is that such a place that is situated in the heart of Owerri and surrounded by some important govt structures was attacked in such a humilating manner. Nigeria has failed for long.

Your immediate concern should be where BH and bandits get weapons from?
But besides that, you should be amazed at the tactical awareness of our police such that they could repel such manners of attacks with the equipment they function without suffering casualties nor killing suspects on the other side.
I would suggest they be redeployed to where such skills are in higher demands and be adequately compensated while doing so.

In less than 24hrs of the incident, the IGP has already concluded investigations and has arrived that it was ipob, even when ipob had earlier denied having anything to do with it. But we have countless attacks by fulani herdsmen including assassination attempt on the life of Gov Ortom, of which miyetti Allah has always claimed responsibility and yet till date the incompetent IGP is still investigating with no findings yet.
