How can we maximize its usage and ensure returns on investment.

I don't know how these governors think but aside political gathering, I don't know how to effectively use this. Why not build a mega hospital with this and have private investors manage it and then they pay salaries and taxes plus pay the government.

I hope better views. This one is dominated by what appears to be long span aluminum cladding...which in.my opinion is not a befitting roof covering for a masterpiece.

I am sure this is not long span aluminium roofing sheets, this looks imported and is being fixed, with a special sheeting underneath, maybe for insulation. I will try to get a better picture.

Attention to detail should be paid to the landscaping of the entire area surrounding the centre, as well as the approach road leading off from the main road!

There should be less concrete and more greenery..possibly with the addition of a centrally located fountain as a focal point!

Although Abuja was built by FG, Calaba was built by state government, Eko conference center was built by private, we need ours in the East, states in the east has conference centres including Anambra, this is 10,000 capacity international standard that can host international conferences, big seminar, AMVC, African music award, music concert, indoor games and what have you.

Convention centres as I call them are not frequently used or can I say are low traffic buildings and unlike sporting stadia are not subjected to abuse both by man and the elements.

With decent management it can keep in shape for decades to come. Just needs renewals and upgrades from time to time.

That is why the quality of materials and build must be top notch to keep the cost of maintenance reasonable.
