Did u not read the previous post properly? The system is overwhelmed. Some people are indeed deported but where do we get the resources to pursue most undocumented illegals and to successfully prosecute those engaged in crimes?

Something u might not know is that SA was forced to abandon stop and searches after the first wave of xenophobic attacks back in 2009 because human rights groups said it promoted a culture of otherism. So people aren't stopped and asked to produce papers anymore. Which takes me back to my first paragraph.
