For those who prioritised politics over patriotism and exhibited disingenuous righteousness on Twitter suspension, they can now see that with all the FG conditions to which Twitter agreed, Nigeria is eventually better off for it. Congratulations Nigeria.

Twitter will open an office in Nigeria and employ Nigerians. Twitter will pay taxes to the FG from income generated in Nigeria. Twitter will comply with Nigeria’s law as it relates to content that promotes national peace and unity only. Divisive contents the type of which led to the Endsars destruction will no longer be tolerated.

So, how’s this not a win for Nigeria?

Twitter and it's restoration is a distraction.

The dollar keeps surging.

We are still borrowing from dollar creditors and as the dollar surges so does our interest component increase.

We need to look beyond rhetoric.

We don't NEED Twitter and neither does Twitter NEED Nigeria.

We should focus on efforts that will consolidate our economy this stabilizing our currency against the dollar and other major currencies.

That should be our major mission at this time.

And the Govt can't first send dem memo nd tell dem what dey want with a timeframe instead of putting a ban nd making odas to lose dere source of survival...

You people will always look for a way to justify shiit....

When dem want people to link dere NiN to dere sim why dem no block everybody sim first nd now tell us to goan link our sim to NiN before we can use our sim....
