My opinion. Press d power burron almost simultaneously wen u switch it on. If it displays on ur screen, then there is hope. Look 4 d software an wake it up or beta stil, u can do a firmware transfer frm another decoder using d RS232 cable. Ensure its d same model an quality like urs.

If u wish to add 16E to ur existing 9E.facing ur dish at ur left a little away from your primary lnb u can hit green

4922a with software version 1.90 did the magic.
it is not a software that opens it .channnels tv are 2 on 16e with TP 12521 H 30000 one is SD while the other one is HD.The SD is in $ form and free on mytv approved receivers while HD is free on any HD decoder.

I made use of 4669xii but later change to 4922 with 70%/72% I got tvc news channels TV HD
