See you later in the day as I may not post much during the afternoon. But first let me draft the site plan of how the next house I am going to build will be inside this fence. It will be a twin duplex but the second duplex will be designed as 2 flats with one on top of the other, to be rented differently. I have a sketch and my architect had scaled the plans and we concluded the land will be very adequate for the project.

I got talking with some friends yesterday and they directed me to a site where such a project is ongoing at the moment. I love to learn and the first appointment I have this morning is to visit that site and study what they are doing. I intend to take pictures and study their own floor plans before we draw the plans for this upcoming building and then go for approvals.

Will keep the house posted.
