However I hope he carried out thorough investigations to make sure that the 419 guys are not recycled surreptitiously.

Chief Comedian? WTH. Some of these appointments are difficult to understand. Rochas needs to get a good image maker to explain his policies to us before his name starts going down. Even the best of policies will be misunderstood if there is no good PR machine. I am giving him the benefit of doubt till he helps us to understand. If not expect jeers from us when things do not go down well. We will cheer when they do.

I just hope he knows what he is doing.
