1)The mentality or northerners and SW are not the same.. You might be seeing them as ally but they would be seeing you as a willing tool.

2) Things have changed concerning religion unlike what was obtainable in 1993 when nobody made any noise about Muslim Muslim ticket.. In fact in 1993 Nigerians were even ready to vote for a stone as long as it's democracy hence no religious condemnation then..
