drlateef:Those of you myopically bringing in what happened in 1993 to equation of what is happening in this dispensation doesn't know anything or you just pretend there is no significant change in the political structure of the country. In 1993 there was no much religious consciousness, no Boko Haram, no bandit, no Killing of citizen because of blasphemy. The love was thick and go round but all is lost now due to religion consciousness. Meanwhile, aside the traditional north central and Taraba from north west, Jonathan never won any state from north west and the remaining north east. The Taraba he won in the north east was because it is populated by christains. Here below are the results of presidential election of 2011 that you claimed north voted Jonathan. Aside from OBJ in 1999 in this dispensation, the core north have been voting their own. It is a well known fact that, if there is anything the north want more is retaining power at all cost. So deceiving yourself, some of us have grown up to know the type of country we live in.

IfnobeGod20: Obasanjo was voted by the north while his base at southwest rejected him. Meanwhile, Ribadu a norther was not voted by the north. At that time Boko Haram and other acts of terrorism was rife. Now go back into your book of lies to bring more explanation. Lol. |

ElSudani:That was the simple narration I asked from you and you could not provide pint of it but hopping like cat mentioning Obi as if you eat, drink, bathe and sleep with Obi. Tinubu has no iota of shame, if he has, he should be shameful to meet Afenifere that he has severally denigrate and thrown on the floor. His saving grace is the death of Yinka Odunmakin to Covid-19, if not, he would have hear it hot from him. How would you factionalized a group and at the same time because of your self ambition, you now turned 360° looking for their support? This is shameful beyond any iota of doubt. Meanwhile, stop being petty, if all politicians are forming party, how many parties will be in existence? The two dominant parties in America are older than our forefathers. Read below: "Founded in 1828, the Democratic Party is the oldest of the two largest U.S. political parties. The Republican Party was officially founded in 1854, but the histories of both parties are intrinsically connected. https://dk.usembassy.gov › history-... History of the Democratic and Republican Parties - USA i Skolen The question you should have asked, why did Tinubu not stay with AD and ran away? Hope you know AD is still alive as ADP till date? He could not hijacked AD from them and that made him to run away. He wanted to do same with NADECO but he could not succeed. Same Afenifere formed NADECO. His sins against Afenifere too enormous to enumerate but yesterday children won't know this. |

drlateef:See you guys that always like to rewrite history to suit narrative, it can only gel the new comers in political sphere and not us that are in it for long. As I had said in my last comment. It was only 1999 that the north overwhelmingly voted OBJ and as at that time, it was all south west candidates that were on ballots. OBJ and Olu Falae. In 2003, it was OBj and Buhari and Buhari cleared the core northern states. Here the link below: https://www.electoralgeography.com/new/en/countries/n/nigeria/nigeria-presidential-election-2003.html In 2011, it was Jonathan, Buhari and Ribadu. Buhari won all the north west and north east excluding Adamawa and Taraba. Here below is the link: https://babajidesalu./2011/04/18/nigeria-election-good-news-for-goodluck/ The core northern has been voting their own since 2003 and data don't lie, it is only you people that want to rewrite history that lies. Yes, Ribadu was not voted by the north because Buhari was on the ballot and they gave him their votes than Nuhu Ribadu. Boko Haram activities began to escalate after the killing of their leader in July 30, 2009 and it was initially pockets of attacks in Borno state, it was after the 2011 general elections that it began to escalate to different states. For your information, I was in Gombe state between 2007/2008, precisely Bajoga, closer to Ashaka cement, along Potiskum road. Stop telling lie, north only vote outsider when their own is not involved since 2003. |

IfnobeGod20: You cannot bamboozle us with lies. In 2011 Jonathan of PDP contested against Nuhu Ribadu of ACN. The north voted Jonathan against Nuhu. Boko Haram was created in OBJ era. That was when their leader was killed by policemen while in their custody. You cannot rewrite history. North is wiser than you. 1 Like 1 Share |
