Minimum wage in USA per month is 928,000 naira. Minimum wage in Nigeria is 30,000 naira per month.

Eniola I'm not surprised at you, I don't expect different.

She used her brain fat.

You for ask her if all those countries produce fuel like Nigeria.

Compare house rent in the USA to that in Nigeria, compare the various taxes u pay to that in Nigeria, compare medical bills, compare tuition fees for children too.
When u compare like that, you won't be screaming anyhow.
There are many many ways to demand improvement from the government not being hypôcrîtical
that amount is enough to sort out these bills. How much can 30 k do for you ? Y are you people e so unintelligent ? 12 eggs in uk is £1.2. Minimum wage is £9.4/hour Meaning a month u can earn £864 =794880 naira. You see how foods and amenities are cheap. Calculate that with 30k naira in naira

When people insult you guys. You should say thanks. Because insults is even wasted on you brainless people

You are busy showing off ignorance while forming intellectual.

Compare it to the UK, where when you are age 23 or over you can't be paid less than the national minimum living wage of £10.42 per hour, for a 23 year old who lives and works in Coventry, 60 hrs per week earning £652, after necessary deductions he should be going home with at least £500 weekly and that is about £2,000 monthly. He pays the rent for his room, £500(bills inclusive), monthly health insurance of about £90, food for £150, Monthly bus pass for unlimited bus travel within West Midlands that covers Coventry, Birmingham etc for £55, clothing, footwear and toiletries £300, phone subscription £25, hanging out £150......Oya, now compare him with a Nigerian graduate earning the minimum wage of N30,000 monthly.

Omoh see how £652 became £152

Lol

I fancy going abroad o

But I prefer to make my money and spend it all

Which one is I make alot of money and more than half don go

If only minimum wage in Nigeria can be 100k

Making money in Nigeria is sweet
Make all
Spend all

Everything is Optional not compulsory like abroad
My house never pay nepa for how many months now

Are you saying that house rent in Nigeria is cheap? Please stop that nonsense.

30K minimum wage whereas 3 bedroom flat on average is 1 million naira per annum.

The impact of housing is majorly felt in the big cities with a lot of out of state residents. Other wise most people across Nigeria live in their own or family houses.

Roughly all taxes and bills are like half of your income. You still have a very good half to save flex and invest.

You people should stop being wicked.

Why is there subsidy for import in the first place...because we have no working refineries.

The amount spent on subsidies per month is more than enough to build refineries.

You can lie to yourself and the people but the truth is already catching up with you and you and your masters will have no place to hid when the country grinds to a full halt soon.

That time there will be no where to run to as the people will start looking for politicians to physically deal with.

Make una continue.

God bless you bro, you’ve said it all.

Health insurance is part of the deduction, you don't pay any extra. Except you are a family of 4 or 5, £150 for feeding is on a higher side. Unless you go for the high end phone, you can get good Samsung contract for £15.00 per month.

Yes rent in Nigeria is actually cheap, especially outside Lagos, Abuja and maybe PH. My parents standard 3 bedroom bungalow in Ibadan is going for N700k in Ashi-Bodija area. To find people sef na war. Ibadan has no middle class. Only UI lecturers, UCH doctors/nurses and civil servants in that town.

If I uprooted that house to Gbadaga in Lagos, it'd be like N2.5mln

But even a N5mln per annum duplex in Lekki is just $6,250 equivalent.

My 4 bedroom duplex in Houston goes for $2,500 PER MONTH. That's equivalent of N24mln per annum.

And you think those bills and taxes you mentioned are better in Nigeria (relative to minimum wage obtained) than in America? If you assertion is true, hoardes of Nigerians wont be running away to the America. You are the hypocritical one here not the guy you quoted.

Lies or ignorance.
Nigeria's petrol is not the cheapest in the world, it's not even among the first 10 cheapest. At and average of N600/litre and 850 to the dollar. Nigeria's petrol is about 70 cents. Nigeria's petrol is currently among the most expensive among OPEC countries.

You don't get it.
What Nigerians are saying is that government should give them US, UK and Europe treatment and standard
AND
They would gladly pay US, UK and Europe prices for them.

Tell me, how many Public servant can purchase a Brand new Toyota Corolla Car (even from Loan)?

The Standard of living had been made so low by the same governments in power: Buhari couldn't purchase a form of N20 Million during his first term AND by his second term someone stole almost a Billion Naira from Aisha Buhari. Is that not witchcraft?
